I am having problems downloading a movie from itunes for my ipad, its has taken about 18 hours so far and only 800 mb of a 1.2gb file. Submitted: 7 years ago. Is it quicker to download a movie through itunes on my computer then sync it to my ipad once it is downloaded? Ipod Specialist: yes it is. As per the description, you are unable to download a rented video from Xbox. It must be difficult when things do not work as expected.
1. Is this issue confined to a specific movie file? Have you checked the issue with a different movie file?
2. Do you get any error message?
Some of the traces might have left behind even after deleting the files from Surface, we have to clean them up and resume the download.
Method 1:
Try to download a different movie file and check if you are able to complete the download procedure.
Method 2:
You may perform disk clean up and check.
Delete files using Disk Cleanup
Method 3:

You may try running the app troubleshooter and check for the issue.
