If you have a problem using your serial number with VueScan:
- Make sure you're using an Administrator account
- Run VueScan (and use 'Help | About' if three boxes not displayed)
- Enter the info from the receipt into the three boxes
- See if OK appears in all three boxes
- Press Close
- Do a preview
- Use the 'Help | About' command ('VueScan | About' on Mac OS X)
- Verify that all three boxes contain the word 'OK'
If step 4 fails, try copying the info from the invoice to the clipboard and pasting it into the three boxes.
